The Sephina

1 1/2 oz Sephina
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/2 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Creme de Banana Liqueur
1/4 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
One whole Egg
1/2 oz IPA
Cardamom Bitters Finish

Combine Sephina, Cinnamon Syrup, Orgeat, Creme de Banana, Mr. Black, whole egg, and Chocolate Bitters in a shaker.
Shake vigorously with ice, strain, and discard ice.
Add the IPA.
Dry Shake (shake without ice) for 45 seconds.
Double Strain into a large coupe.
Finish with a few dashes of Cardamom Bitters.

OPTIONAL: The Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur can be replaced with a coffee syrup made with dark brewed coffee with sugar added to make a syrup. The IPA can be any good hoppy, bitter IPA. Orgeat can be made, there are recipes online. Cinnamon Syrup is easy to make. Boil 5 sticks of Cinnamon in a quart of water. Add an equal amount of sugar to liquid to make a one-to-one simple syrup.
