“The special blend of Sephina took almost a year to develop. Since its launch, under the stewardship of Flaviar and its customer base of sophisticated spirits aficionados, we’ve received positive feedback that this unique blend delivers the experience intended. On the palate, you will discover flavors of toasted oak, prune, dried fruit, vanilla, and candied fruit. The finish is long and memorable, with good intensity and a pronounced oak character. Sephina is best enjoyed chilled neat or on the rocks.”

— Jean-Baptiste Delannoy, Directeur General, Distillerie Vinet-Delpech

Like many craft spirits this started as an idea, soon became a dream, and is now a reality.

I’ve spent a lot of time in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard. The best days for me were in late August when the days were still hot and the temperature would drop at night. Big thick sweaters were always worn if we sat out late in the evening trading lies and drinking our favorite cocktails. I like fortified wine but always felt it needed a little more to warm the body and settle the soul. So I started adding my favorite brown spirits and eventually decided that VSOP Cognac worked best.

Fast forward to 2018. Four trips to Europe, countless tastings with master blenders, and many label designs later, Sephina is finally here!
